On-call scheduling thru service operation workspace

Hi, is there an updated set of video on on-call scheduling?  I found these one but they are related to the legacy interface.  I'm looking for some using the service operation workspace.

I'm also looking for the process of override in schedule.  For example someone is away and we want to set a temporary replacement.
