One Catalog Item in a Order Guide has to be always Included

Hi All,

 

I want a catalog Item(already containing mandatory variables) should be always included. Is their any way which we can perform to achieve above ?

 

Order guide is getting submitted without that catalog item(Not Included)

 

Please suggest solution for the above requirement.
