Installed and activated the Proactive Triggers plugin. Changed the com.glide.cs.advanced-chat-popover system property from false (default) to true. Set my Application Scope to Proactive Triggers. Navigated to Conversational Interfaces > Settings. Accessing the Virtual Agent, Agent Chat or Sidebar menu options all work. When trying to access the General menu the cursor sits spinning and the page never appears. The error appearing in the log is -
