Order Guide's 'choose option' interface in service portal

Hi Everyone,

 

While submitting an order guide from the portal we noticed that some(4 out of 5) of the variables was set to red only under the 'choose option tab' we didnt place any UI policy on the portal and these variables are created on the order guide level. These fields are reference and list collector. Is it on OOB set up? Thanks for your answer!

If you didn’t set them as read only, and there's no UI policy then you should check the Permissions on those variables, especially the roles there.

no, we are not setting any kind of permissions/role to any of the variables that we create for our catalog items
