Are there alternative methods to create tickets besides using catalog forms for the users who have admin and snc_read_only roles?

Hi,
there are different ways to create records, basically directly in the system via forms/workspaces, within portal using record producers or you can also use the REST and SOAP interface of your instance and create records via API Calls.

Hi @SakshamB,
Incident tickets can be created using Record Producer, Incident application in All menu, could be configured to create an incident using Virtual Agent, using SOAP and REST to bring in tickets from other platforms and using API calls.
If you found my response helpful, please mark it as Solution and Helpful.
Thanks and Regards,
