performance analytics - Chart/Widget line missing

Hello community, I'm currently testing and developing the PA Management KPI Dashboard... need help does anyone knows why my widget is like hanging and have missing lines during certain dates?

Hi @AMIRULHAKIM ,

First of all, you need to verify if there is data collected in that period as other has suggested. If no data has been collected there will be an interruption to the line, unless you have marked "render continuous line" on the automated indicator:

And if there is a formula indicator involved, you need to mark "render continuous line" and "allow formula component to be NULL"

This should solve your issue.

Have you already cross-verified if there is any data available for the mentioned period?

Without any other information: looks like there was no data collection for that period. Did you check if the collection ran during those weeks or shows any errors?
