Populate users choice in flow logic

Hi All,

I want to populate users choice for flow logic in condition in flow. as per below screen shot for a Catalog form for reqeusted_for manager field I want to select user name here in the condition. Can somebody please suggest how can I do that?

My actual requirement is that when manager is someone, the approval request should go directly to xyz user and if manager is someone else approval request should go to Requester manager and then to xyz. Please help. Let me know if you need some more information.
