We recently did a clone down from prod to Dev.
We Integrated with M365 teams for approvals with self-configured bot, The implementation is not advanced in production yet, we are still doing the Development and UAT.
the configuration in Test is working fine, as we did not do any clone form prod to Test yet.
Dev is not working as expected, post clone down Reinstalled the Plugins and then followed this KB How to clean-up Microsoft Teams integration from your ServiceNow instance - Support and Troubleshoo..., to erase everything and do it from scratch, we configured the bot in the Channels and Integrations and downloaded the manifest and given it to Azure team to Deploy.
They did that I was able to see the Bot in Teams with the name I have Given but It is not responding to basic Commands like HI, Bye, Show Notifications stuff like that.
We did try this way as well, where we created a whole new separate bot with new Credentials in Azure teams, and redid the whole process again, now we were able to get the new bot we deployed again, but behavior is same not Responding again.
If anyone encountered the same issue, help me Navigate to resolve this.
