I'm excited to share that I recently passed the ServiceNow CIS-ITSM exam! Earning this certification validates my knowledge of implementing and configuring ServiceNow's IT service management (ITSM) platform.
The road to certification wasn't easy. The CIS-ITSM exam covers a broad range of ITSM processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service asset and configuration management (SACM). It takes dedication to grasp these concepts thoroughly.
That's where SkillCertPro came in and played a major role in my success. Their CIS-ITSM practice exams were instrumental in my preparation: They have also updated latest Washington DC release questions
- Rigorous Testing Environment: The practice exams mirrored the actual exam format, with a mix of multiple-choice and scenario-based questions. This helped me get comfortable with the exam style and manage my time effectively.
- In-depth Explanations: Every question came with detailed explanations, not just answer keys. This approach made learning much more efficient. Understanding the "why" behind each answer choice solidified my knowledge instead of just memorizing facts.
- **Multiple Attempts & Progress Tracking: **Having access to multiple practice exams allowed me to identify my weak areas and track my improvement over time. This ongoing assessment kept me focused and motivated throughout my studies.
- Got nearly 80% from their sets.
Here are some additional tips I'd recommend for anyone pursuing the CIS-ITSM certification:
- ServiceNow Resources: Supplement your studies with official ServiceNow resources like their documentation and online courses.
- Hands-on Experience: If possible, try to gain practical experience with the ServiceNow platform. This will significantly enhance your understanding of the concepts tested on the exam.
- Community Support: Engage with online communities or forums dedicated to ServiceNow and the CIS-ITSM certification. Sharing experiences and asking questions can be very helpful.
Remember, the key to success is consistent practice and a deep understanding of the ITSM processes covered in the exam. SkillCertPro's practice exams were invaluable in this regard. They provided a realistic testing environment, comprehensive explanations, and the chance to track my progress. If you're aiming to become a ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certified professional, I highly recommend checking out their resources!

I passed my CIS-ITSM exam with just two weeks of preparation! For practice, I primarily used ITExamslab, and it was a game-changer—perfectly aligned with the real exam in terms of difficulty and question variety. Nearly 80% of the actual questions matched what I had practiced, saving me time and boosting my confidence. Plus, it’s way more affordable than other resources.

I normally don’t leave comments, but CertsLab & Pass-4ITExam truly deserve it. Their practice tests were spot-on and helped me pass with confidence. So grateful!

Hi @Alekhya P
Agree with @Swamy Malluri - the SkillCertPro is irrelevant. So to make an advertising to pay for test certifications is just not good practice.
