Did anyone have presentation on integration between artic wolf and service now

I identified three more ACL rules to restrict write access to incident records and assignment group on incident forms with the new AW role. What does Arctic Wolf try to achieve here?

Three things:
1. the only one that can tell you what AW tries to achieve is AW

2. this should be a separate question, not an update on a question that was asked over a year ago and was about a presentation, not functionality

3. you keep mentioning 'update set AW provided'. Have they really provided update sets to implement this? Is this not a Store app that is validated? 

If your answer on 3 is 'yes, it is an update set', I would just cut all communication with them, clone over your sub prod and be done with them. If a third party really has the nerve to provide you with an update set that contains ACLs opening up OOB tables for everyone, they don't know what they are doing and you should run away. Not walk, run.
