I am currently looking for a way to push a message into an active chat conversation with a virtual agent.
At present, I have a virtual agent topic block that communicates with my external application. It sends the user input to an endpoint in my app, which then responds with an answer to the virtual agent topic block. This setup only allows my app to react to user input.
However, I now need the ability to push a message from my app into the conversation without requiring user input to trigger a script that calls an endpoint.
For instance, I would like to send a message to the user, after five minutes, if they were helped or if they need anything else.
Is there an API endpoint available to accomplish this?
