Hi all,
I can see from SLA definition table that a SLA has Duration set as 0 (zero).
In this case, my expectation is that Breach Time should coincide with Start Time.
Even if I think that SLA Duration set as 0 is just a mistake.
Why I can see a different value between Start Time and Breach Time ?
Where am I wrong ?
Thanks for your help!
Antonio

Hi Antonio,
When you say "Duration" I assume you are talking of "Business Elapsed Time".
Breach time will reflect the possible breach time based on your sla definition. So it is different than the Start time for sure.
Business Elapsed Time may be 0, if the sla was completed outside the business schedule or if the sla task was immediately paused.
When the "Business Time Left" field goes to 0, you are then failing so the "Has Breached" will go to "true".
