Hi Mark
Yes, this is integration, It was working as expected till Friday, today this morning this error is popping up. This is an integration between SNOW and RAckspace
We just created the normal incident based on the group condition
and this error is popping up

Since your screenshot clearly shows an ServiceNow record, you are on the correct community, but do realize that Snow is a completely different software solution that has nothing to do with ServiceNow (unless you are using ServiceNow to connect Snow with Rackspace).
What happened over the weekend? Did you check the sys_update_xml table? Has anything changed about the credentials? What do the logs say, besides the work note? Do you get any errors there?
Also: don't forget to validate any changes on Rackspace side.

Please check the User role and all condition which are met to create the Incident.
