Rackspace issue

I am getting the error " Error occurred while creating a ticket. Please contact System Administrator" while creating an INCIDENT  for RCAKSPACE.

I am creating the  INC from my account and I do have admin access.

I am happy to be the part of this Rackspace discussion. But I want to share my opinion regarding the Rackspace. There are several issues with the Rackspace that I have faced when I was using it as email service provider. But now I have migrate from Rackspace to Office 365 for resolving these types of upcoming issues. I think you also should.
