Regarding Dashboard data in ServiceNow

Hello All,

 

1. We want to see those records which were created before Apr 2024 but it's  not visible before Apr 2024 in PA dashboard.

 

2. Some group tickets are captured in the PA reports.

Example : 

group 1 & group 2 tickets are merged and getting captured in the PA report our requirement is that only group 1 ticket should be captured in the PA reports.

 

e.g incident received in the group 1 & then it routed to group 2 so it's not in the group 1 queue so it should not show that incident data into the PA reports.

 

Kindly check and help us for this issue.

Hi @Charushila ,

 

You can just do a historical job data collection for tickets back to before April 2024.
