Hi All,
While exporting the data from the rm_release table, the column "Release / Change Request Duration" displays negative value even when the data in the system shows 23 hours. Why is this issue caused? how is the "Release / Change Request Duration" calculated. Is this a known issue?
User wants to consume the report in another tool and would not be able to manipulate the data prior.
