The remediation target date is calculated within ServiceNow through active Remediation Target Rules. Qualys supplies the vulnerability and detection data, but the target date is determined by the rule condition, Target days and Target from date configured in ServiceNow. If the rule condition is based on Risk score or Risk rating, changes to those values can cause a different rule to apply and may recalculate the target date based on the configured recalculation method. The applicable rule and the Evaluate remediation targets scheduled job should be reviewed to confirm the calculation.
