Hi team
Need to be able to report on average incident response time (time from incident creation to the time it was assigned).
I created one report for this on incident_metric table keeping defination as 'Assgined to duration' but not sure if it is calculating full time that is assigned. User wants if incident is onhold being assigned it should not calculate that time only inprogress time should be considered, Can anyone help me on this please
