Reports on sys_audit table

Is it good practice to report on sys_audit table? or is there any alternative ways to do reports?

Basic no - the table will hold so much data and take long time to query. According to your question "or is there any alternative ways to do reports?" - please elaborate some further on the reporting requirement. What is needed, what would you/the business like to see etc.
