Results are not updating in the report

Hi,

 

Previously, the filter was there for report like,

created after 2021-07-01 and I have changed it to 2023-01-01 and it is not updating in the report.

It is still showing the old results.

The requirement is, we want results in the report from 2023-01-01 only.

For reference, please see the attached images.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

did you replicate everything as it is in the new report by looking into the earlier one?

Once you add the Time series type you should be able to see more options

The Created Task, Backlog task seems to be choice values for some field on your table.

was it working fine before updating the date filter? If yes then with just date change it should not break the logic.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,

Before in filter, the created date was 2021-07-01 and it is showing results from this date.

Now I have changed the created date and the results are not updating.
I have tried this in dev and test instance, in both same results.

 

And in report image there are options like backlog, created task etc,

Can you please let me know where these are configured.
