In the ESC portal in the standard ticket. I want the activity and attachment to be readonly.

if user has write access to RITM record then they can add attachment
Also if user has write access to RITM field level WRITE ACL on Additional comments then they can enter comments
Better you handle this via ACL i.e. Table.None WRITE and Field level WRITE on Additional Comments and block the ACL if State = Complete

It should be editable (Activity and attachment) to the enduser when the ticket is open. When the ticket is closed i want to make the them readonly
