RITM not able to link on change record

Not able to link RITM number in Requested item tab of related record on any Change record. 

Clicked on Edit button in Requested item tab then selected RITM number and click on Save button to link RITM, but it does not show any RITM linked on change record requested item tab. I tried open, work in progress and closed state RITM to link but nothing shows in Requested item tab.

Can anyone help me?

@Nandini Gupta check the query in the related tab. it might for example display only active records and in fact there doesn't need to exist any satisfying the filter.

 

Teh screenshot is not telling much about your configurations

Have you checked change mapping with ritm?

Please check if there is any ACL present for the Requested item(sc_req_item) table for the "parent" field particularly that might be restricting to create a relationship since adding Requested item in related list of Change request make Change request the parent of requested item record
