Script to bulk edit "Can Read" in knowledge articles

Hi, I need to edit the "can read" field for a large number of knowledge articles. I have read in several messages here that this is not an OOTB functionality and a script is needed. Since I am not an IT developer and I cannot create scripts, is there anyone so goodhearted to suggest a script which can fit my needs?

Hey @StefanoThiella,
do you really need to adjust the can read priviledges on article level or is it maybe possible to give these people access to the overall knowledge base?
It is not that trivial to change knowledge articles via script since they have a workflow context running. Means we first need to check them out, make the change and then re-publish them.
This could also mean that every new published article version will trigger an approval. Have you considered that the corresponding approver(s) will then receive this many approvals at once?
Maybe consider - even though it is a lot of work - to manually adjust all articles and use this opportunity to directly make a quality improvement or change the layout to a more modern one, so that the time and work is well invested?
