I have completed ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu) it is showing 99% what to do now? Is my course is done or anything to do?

Hi  @dyashaswini Yashaswini,

This usually happens when a small part of the course is still incomplete, such as a quiz, knowledge check, or a video not fully watched.

I would recommend reviewing all modules once again and ensuring everything is marked as completed. You can also check the left-hand side panel to confirm that all sections have a tick mark. If anything is missing, just open and view it once.

After that, try refreshing the course — it should update to 100%.If you found this helpful, please mark it as Helpful and Accept as Solution so it can reach others too.

Hi Yashaswini,

I experienced a similar issue where I paused the video, took a break, and later continued watching the remaining part. However, the progress for the remaining portion was not recorded, and it still showed as incomplete.

This might be the reason for the issue you are facing.  and definitely it can be resolved by the steps as I said in my previous response

Hi @dyashaswini,

This happens with almost everyone once in a while!!! No worries; just check some chapters in the course. You have missed the section that completes after you have come all the way down through that chapter of some videos, which sometimes we skip or forward, but ServiceNow is very smart; it understands us, and this doesn't complete that chapter, which we forget every time. So just sit back and relax, or the second guess will be the glitch, which is another very common thing to happen. Just refresh the course again, and you will complete the course. Just go through these 2 situations here. And your course is completed.

Let me know if this helps!!!😉
