We are considering the feasibility of integrating ServiceNow with Cribl and Splunk.
The scenario is that in connected mode, ServiceNow will send ITSM information to Cribl that will maintain last good state information. In the event of isolation, Cribl will send this to Splunk for management (CMDB, Incident, Change). When reconnected, anything updated during isolation is sent back to ServiceNow.
Has anyone implemented something similar? If so, can you share what you implemented and how.
