A tester wants to submit a bug report,because they are not able to see the communicate fix link under the related links tab on the problem form. What do you recommend that they confirm before submitting the bug reportrt

Hi @sreejapola
In ServiceNow, the Communicate Fix and Communicate Workaround links have strict OOB visibility conditions. If these conditions aren't met, the UI Action won't appear in the Related Links section.
The Communicate Fix link will only appear if ALL of the following criteria are met:
- Search for the UI Action named Communicate Fix and ensure it is Active on the problem table.
- Review the "Condition" field to ensure your current role, the problem state, and the form data satisfy the script requirements
- Ensure the problem's State is advanced past New or Assess.
- You generally must have a resolution entered into the Fix notes field
- The resolution/fix details must be filled out and saved.
- The Duplicate of field must be empty.
- There must be active incidents related to this problem record in an "Awaiting Problem" state
