Hi All,

 

Servicenow VA search knowledge base topic is not showing KB results instead it is switching to other topic, is there any way I can show only knowledge articles.

Thank you for the reply, I already updated the knowledge base sysid as mentioned in the above thread, but it didn't work out, still the user search terms is switching to another topic instead of showing knowledge articles list.
