Hello Community I am in need of some assistance. is there a role I can use that everyone can view dashboards, I have tried snc_internal but this is not working as expected.
We have our Major Incident/Problem Mgmt dashboard we are going to start using and when I share out the “widgets” I need to add a person’s name to each one for them to see it.

Peter thanks for the reply, we have customers accessing our system would they be able to see it also any thing to be concerned about giving that role?

Your report_view acls, should cover that. If a user doesn't have access to read the data in a report, the data won't be shown.

What exactly is wrong with the snc_internal role? Do you have users who have that role and still cannot access the dashboard?
