Show Catalog, category and catalog item in Servicenow Configurable workspace

I have a requirement in which I need to show catalog items like this but the catalog id and category are few that I need. 

what I did was I dublicated catalog item page from CSM Workspace and then when I tried to give catalog id in Body In ui builder , it said not have permission to see item. 

How can I get this functionality , please help me out.

What is the business case here? In general, a portal is for end users where workspace is for fulfillers, so what is the business requirement to do this?
