SOW ITSM Agent Responses UI Builder (Zurich)

Hey gurus,

 

Can anyone tell me how to turn on the Agent Responses (Response Templates) in our SOW UI Builder configuration?

 - BTW:  they work in the default view

I've tried to follow the directions that AI has sent me but the labelling doesn't match and the UI builder is "fun" to navigate.

I think I've found the correct record in the UI builder but I'm still having issues finding the setting that turns on the templates in SOW incident right panel.

Any help would be appreciated.
