Teams Notifications Not Received When Now Assist is Enabled in Virtual Agent.

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with Provider Notifications in Microsoft Teams when using Virtual Agent (VA) with Now Assist enabled.

Scenario:

  • Provider notification is triggered from Virtual Agent.

  • When Now Assist is activated in Virtual Agent, notifications are triggered successfully (visible in logs), but the notification is not received in Microsoft Teams.

  • When I deactivate Now Assist in Virtual Agent, the same notification is delivered correctly in Teams.

Observation:

  • Notification logs show successful triggering.

  • Issue only occurs when Now Assist is enabled in VA.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows if there are additional configurations required when using Now Assist with Teams provider notifications?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
