Hello,
If you are searching the RITM on the Service Portal, then you need to go into the REQUESTS section on the top right corner (also can be seen in your photo above the search box).
In REQUESTS, you can check all the requests raised by you.

It never works for any record, until you will be creating a separate widget. This is only to search for any kind of request or catalog item.
