There is no change and problem modules in Australia PDI when logged in as admin. Any idea of this?

From Australia version, ITSM Licensing Model has been changed. Its been divided in 3 levels.
- ITSM Foundation
- ITSM Advanced
- ITSM Prime
You will now get Problem and Change in ITSM Advanced Licensing framework instead of in Foundation.
