Transfer multiple attachments from ServiceNow HR Case to BMC Helix Incident

Dear Friends,

 

We have a requirement to transfer files attached to HR Case to BMC Incident.

 

If HR Case is attached with a single attachment, we can transfer it successfully to BMC Incident.

But, if HR Case is attached with multiple attachments, we are unable to transfer all the files but the latest attached file is transferred to BMC Incident.

 

We are using Flow Designer for this activity.

 

Please suggest with your opinions. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your reply. Please find attached screenshots from SNOW & BMC.

In HR Case, I attached 2 files but only one file has been moved to BMC Incident.

 

Also attached current flow for your reference.

Sorry Ravi, your screenshots don't provide much detail in order to provide further support.

 

You should be running your flow on the sys_attachment table, that way it's triggered when attachments are added and removed. Adding an attachment doesn't necessarily update the record its being attachd too.
