you need to enable I18 debugging and see where it's getting stored.

@Ankur Bawiskar  i did that but it doesn't work on sys_ui_message table. althouth i can found the translation for some text and the other text weren't translated. you can test it on sys_ui_message table and confirm what i'm saying. Thank's for your answer.

For example here you can found the translated text which i did but for another field you can't found'it even if you create a new one
