Type field in Emergency change

When we create an Emergency change via P1 and P2 incident is there any OOB function to make the "Type" field read only when the change is in "new" state.

Hello @pragadeesh254 ,

 

No we don't have any OOO functionality to implement this. You can simply create UI Policy or Client script.

Hi @pragadeesh254 ,

 

I checked your problem but we don't have anything for type when state is Emergency, but I found one UI Policy which works when State is new and making type as read-only.
