Hello All,

I have an issue where UI action buttons are not visible on Workspace. They were visible before Xanadu upgrade and still they are visible on other instance which is not upgraded. While comparing the configuration , it is same on both the instances. Still it is not visible on the current Xanadu upgraded instances.

Can I get any help on this, it is on priority due to upgrade issues.

Regards

Souvick

the Xanadu upgrade, UI action buttons are no longer visible in your Workspace, despite having the same configuration as a non-upgraded instance where the buttons are visible. To troubleshoot this, start by checking the UI action configuration in the upgraded instance, ensuring that visibility conditions, client scripts, and the "Visible" property are correctly set. Additionally, review the Workspace-specific settings, as the upgrade may have introduced changes that affect UI action visibility in Workspaces. It's also important to verify that Access Control Rules (ACLs) haven't changed, as restrictive permissions could prevent button visibility. Since the issue could be related to changes in the Xanadu release, check the release notes for any updates on how UI actions behave within the Workspace environment. Furthermore, examine any associated JavaScript or client scripts for errors, as an issue here could be preventing the buttons from rendering. If the issue is related to specific record types or table configurations, ensure the UI actions are set to appear in the right context. After upgrading, it's also a good practice to clear the cache and re-index affected tables. If the issue persists, consider comparing the configurations between instances or checking system logs for errors. Lastly, if you're unable to resolve the issue, ServiceNow support or community forums might provide insights into any known issues or bugs affecting UI actions post-Xanadu upgrade
