Dear ServiceNow Community Friends
I have PDI instance Zurich version, I got created from servicenow developer homepage.
I wanted to activate the bot for help with key word 'password reset' to give me relevant knowledge article automatically.

Kindly If any one can provide me steps in sequential way to install required plugins & applications, is highly appreciated. Thanks very much

Thanks for your response, Tanushree. However, I am not able to find any plugin when searched with key word: sn_pwdreset_va
Also not able to find the required solution with response you provided.
