Dear ServiceNow Community Friends
I have PDI instance Zurich version, I got created from servicenow developer homepage.
I wanted to activate the bot for help with key word 'password reset' to give me relevant knowledge article automatically.
Attached screenshot of the response I got from bot
Kindly If any one can provide me steps in sequential way to install required plugins & applications, is highly appreciated. Thanks very much

If you are looking for Now Assist, AI Agent in PDI- it is not available.
- Install Password Reset for Virtual Agent(sn_pwdreset_va Plugin)
- Setting up Password Reset
- Configure your Password Reset process to auto-enroll users

Thanks for your response, Tanushree. However, I am not able to find any plugin when searched with key word: sn_pwdreset_va
Also not able to find the required solution with response you provided.
