Hi folks,
Following the Zurich Patch 7a update over the weekend, admins and ITIL users were no longer able to add approvers to REQ and RITMs from the related list, in our instance.
I've applied the workaround, as per SN support doc - https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB2815909
However, this has only resolved the issue within the global scope. We have scoped apps that the ACLs in the support doc don't seem to account for.
We're trying to work out the best solution, but wondering if anyone else has crossed this bridge already?
We're testing out creating additional ACLs on the task/smorder tables with approval_admin for the role attribute.
Regards,
Zoran

Sorted out now.
We created another ACL, with approval_admin as required role, and the scoped app tables included via script.
