Unable to create Solman incident ticket in ServiceNow.

Hi,

 

I am facing some issue while creating Solman ticket in ServiceNow. We have update with correct Endpoint URL's still getting error message while trying to create Solman ticket in ServiceNow, How to troubleshoot I am attaching the error message screenshot.
