Hi Team,
I am having a problem reinstalling a plugin that I uninstalled earlier because of a version change.
Now when I try to install it again, it says the plugin is already installed.
While uninstalling, I forgot to select the option to remove all data and tables. But after that, I manually deleted all the tables and data.
Still, the system shows that version 4.2.1 is already installed.
Please help me fix this issue.
Thank you.

First of all you cannot uninstall a installed plugin, there is no way
You can just update or repair that plugin
If you are in customer instance you can ask them to delete the demo data by raising a case with ServiceNow

ahoy @Ankur Bawiskar,
it has changed some time ago and plugins can be uninstalled:
Respecting the dependencies but without it, it can be done. Please take this as an opportunity to learn the current status.
Also, there might be some quirks such as - installing strategic portfolio planning, then uninstall it and installing portfolio planning, the corresponding workspace will keep the Strategic Portfolio Planning name despite it is not SPW but PPW :)) but it might be some unintentional bug by ServiceNow..

ahoy @shubhi_shubhi,
I can see that the plugin in discussion is unavailable for PDIs, which can mean that it was installed from the Store or is a subject to some licence/purchase.
My PDI:
So I would recommend you to create a case from the support portal

I didn't notice this, thanks for informing.
If this is a new feature I didn't find any docs for this either which ServiceNow should have
I just found this which says it can't be uninstalled
How to manage ServiceNow plugins when uninstallation isn't possible
