unable to move change request to next phase

Hi,

Please advise why i am unable view Review action button to move change request to next phase. still though i have admin, change manager access. is the workflow struck in this phase? Thanks.

Hi @BanuMahalakshmi,

You need to close the Implementation and Post implementation tasks then it should be move to Review state.
