I'm trying to remove the following roles from the kb_category.create ACL but I'm not able to.
sn_customerservice.requester
sn_esm_user
I've elevated my permission to security_admin and still unable to delete. I noticed that the 2 roles are in the Customer Service app so I've switched the scope to Customer Service and results are the same; still unable to remove these roles from the ACL.

are you in correct scope to delete those roles?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Yes, I verified that I am in the Customer Service scope, navigated to sys_security_acl_role table, filtered on the kb_category.create ACL records and still unable to delete.

Hi @Mike49
silly question but I have to.. are you really elevated for sec_admin?
is there the red line in the top of the screen and the arrow symbol?
It works OK in my PDI
If above is confirmed by you, then try the "classic triathlon" - log out - clear cache - log in... and retry.

@Mike49
If the issue still persists, you can deactivate this ACL, and click Insert and Stay (without roles) for a new one that will remain and it will replace the unwanted one.
Let me know if you managed this way or I can later export the XML from my update set for you to commit it...
