Unable to remove role(s) from ACL

I'm trying to remove the following roles from the kb_category.create ACL but I'm not able to.

sn_customerservice.requester
sn_esm_user

I've elevated my permission to security_admin and still unable to delete. I noticed that the 2 roles are in the Customer Service app so I've switched the scope to Customer Service and results are the same; still unable to remove these roles from the ACL.

How'd you do that?  With the Insert & Stay approach?

One method worked.  I exported the OOB version from my PDI, deleted the ACL in my instance and imported the OOB version.

I'm waiting for a response from HI Support because I'm curious to know why I can't delete them.  I'll post their response when I get one.

What you can do is:

Confirm that you have this plugin installed: Contextual Security: Role Management V2 

Then to go to the sysauto_script table and find this job: Addresses User Has Role Errors

Execute the job

Wait until is finish ( you can review the system logs, look for this message: "Finished fix_sys_user_has_role fix job!"
