UX Form Action 'Resolve' update UI data but do not save in Service Operations Workspace

Hello Community, 

There is an OOB UI Action called "Resolve" on incident form within Service Operation Workspace.

When I click button, enter data to pop-up fields and click "Resolve", all data is inputted correctly, but form do not save.

I was hoping someone could give a suggestion to make this work.

Customization is breaking some code, need to see the code and customization details.

I just change "Resolution code" list choice to table field value.
I did not customize "Resolve" button ...
This is about button configuration.

@Phuong2 This seems OOB, I don't see any issue with this.

when you click on resolve, do you see anything in console? If button is not wokring as expected, it should throw an error.

@Raghav Sharma24 I found rootcause ... 
Because the development team has customized the global 'Save' button to remove it from the SOW INC form..."
That customization makes the 'Resolve' button unable to work correctly.
