Hi,
Currently there is a Virtual Agent in Teams connected to Prod and is working fine. The problem I am having is getting the self configured bot for Virtual Agent that's connected to our Dev environment to respond.
I have went ahead and created a message authentication and tied it to the provider channel identity. I am unsure whether I configured the message authentication correctly, I do know that I created the message authentication based on what is in prod and working for the prod VA.
Are there any info or resource I can look at regarding setting up message authentication for VA to MS Teams?
