Variables not saving in sctasks

I am trying to enter a value for a variable on Sctask and once I hit the save button, the values were not saving. I checked the UI policies and client scripts and all and nothing is impacting it. Also we are facing this issue after we upgraded our instance to Zurich.

I checked it and it is not storing the value on the variable ownership table as well.

@Swathi Meka Try logging a case with ServiceNow support team if this issue started appearing post upgrade.

If you get error like me -
