I am working on Virtual Agent – AI Search Topic Block in ServiceNow.
Currently, the out-of-box behavior shows search results in bulk based on the system property (min/max), but there is no user-facing option like “Show more” to progressively load results.
My Requirement:
- Initially show 3 results
- If more results exist - show a “Show more” option
- On click, show next 3 results
- If total exceeds 6 - clicking “Show more” again should show remaining results
- Maximum cap remains 10 results
Essentially:
3 → Show More → 6 → Show More → up to 10
