Hi All,
Once incident is closed survey notification will trigger to user(caller) email, in the same way.
As soon as incident is closed survey notification should trigger in msteam (chat bot) for caller. kindly help to configure this setup.

Hi,
Do you have teams integration setup in your instance?
If yes then check below table and you can find existing configurations.
Check Notifications <sys_notification> table and look for any existing teams notifications. Same way you can configure another notification and configure the contents.
