Hello Everyone,
I’m trying to raise a catalog request using a custom topic I created in Now Assist within Virtual Agent. I tried using the “Raise a Request” and “Submit a Catalog” topic blocks in my topic, but neither is working. Can someone guide me on how to achieve this?
